1. The Promoter of this Lucky Draw is RAAN BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD (RBSPL).
2. Users can participate in the RBSPL Lucky Draw once the User has downloaded and ordered through the DroptheQ application.
3. By participating in this competition (draw), participant has indicated his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. There is no fee to participate in this Lucky Draw.
5. RBSPL will not accept any responsibilities if contact details provided by user are incomplete or inaccurate.
6. The winner must fulfil and provide all the requested data and information from RBSPL before the winner can legally be entitled to receive the prize.
7. There is a weekly draw for amazing gadgets and a bumper monthly draw of an iPhone.
8. The rules of RBSPL Lucky Draw and how to enter are as follows:
a. Download and Install DroptheQ mobile application.
b. Order for your favourite food.
c. Draw Period every week and a bumper monthly prize of iPhone every month.
d. The draw date and time for RBSPL Lucky Draw is every Saturday of every month starting from March 2022. The exact date will be announced via @droptheqofficial Instagram account or other media. After the deadline, there will be no addition to Lucky Draw participants.
e. Each winner is only entitled to win one prize every month, regardless of how many times he/she has ordered.
f. Prizes will be determined by RBSPL and reported through the DroptheQ application or Instagram @droptheqofficial or Website www.droptheq.com
g. Upon announcing the winner, the winner has to share the Aadhar card and accept our terms and conditions.
9. RBSPL is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any participants by any third party connected with this competition.
10. RBSPL’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and RBSPL reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving any notice.
12. Winners of prior week will be announced by Tuesday/Wednesday of the subsequent week through RBSPL’s Instagram handle (@droptheqofficial) and phone call. (RBSPL has the right to change the date and time of the announcement if needed. If there are changes, the Amendment will be announced in the RBSPL / Instagram / Facebook / any other RBSPL official media applications)
13. Winners will be notified on our website www.RBSPL.com and/or by email and/or Direct Message on Instagram/Facebook and/or call.
14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions
15. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by RBSPL only and will have the final say.
16. No employee of RBSPL or his/her immediate family members is entitled to participate in this lucky draw.
17. Users are strictly forbidden to use any third-party application that allows the use of fake location (“Spoofing”), hacks, exploiting bugs, bots and any other third-party software to cheat including but not limited to account sharing. RBSPL reserves the right to take any relevant legal action to Users.
18. RBSPL will also notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize at the deemed time and place, RBSPL reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and to pick a replacement winner.
19. RBSPL’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Lucky Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. The Participant agrees that he/she/it shall not file any type of legal suite against RBSPL regarding this lucky draw, whatever the reason may be.
21. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
22. RBSPL shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting.
23. RBSPL reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
